We are Hayley and Anthony. We would like to share with you our ethos for HG Case Managment. Alongside our professional roles, we both share a unique experience in life with our children, who both have cerebral palsy and visual impairment. We have experience from a personal and professional perspective of what life is like for families who have experienced trauma.
We have a depth of understanding and empathy for the families we work with, and we believe this understanding and compassion is what drives us to work incredibly hard to achieve the best outcomes for our clients. We are creative, flexible and experienced in navigating the world of brain injury.
Together we bring a team of knowledge and creative expertise to empower clients in their day to day lives, working alongside a specialist multi-disciplinary team with a goal focused approach to achieve independence and a better quality of life. Above all this, we are approachable, and we care about our clients, we take pride in supporting clients in their battle post injury to receiving the best support, equipment, accommodation, therapists and achieving a better quality of life.
We are more than just case management, we believe in empowering our clients to overcome obstacles, barriers and fears on their journey towards greater independence and wellbeing by building trust, working in partnership and celebrating every success along the way.
